I paid $40-$45 for the one that seemed like the full car wash “Deluxe 2.” The car comes out, they wrap up, and I go to the car, and the mats aren’t cleaned. The carpets are still dirty. I was told I had to pay $75 for a VIP service. Every car wash I have ever been to includes the mats, smh, and if you know you are different mention it. Also, the car was still dirty. I was told to speak to Joe, and he repeated what was told to me. He didn’t even consider apologizing, gave me a dirty look, and walked away. The bright spot was the lady at the register, who was nice. I even supported the over priced air fresheners Now the owner responds and accuses me of asking for a free car wash, wasn’t the case. He goes on to say more lies. Photos don’t lie and I see I’m not the only. Good luck clearly you need a class in customer service and accountability

They hand you a paper as you pull in, listing fancy-sounding packages like "Super Deluxe II" that make you expect a thorough cleaning. In reality, they barely vacuum the car, and any meaningful service comes at an extra cost. When I asked why my car wasn’t cleaned properly, an old man with a nasty attitude rudely defended their malpractice—I actually had to warn him to calm down. I paid $45 for almost nothing. Save your hard-earned money and time—go elsewhere. Edit: Nasty attitude continues. I could give 0 stars if I could. There's no menu to read! Super deluxe ii includes vacuum, and your guys did not even vacuum inside the car properly! I am definitely contacting my bank to cancel the payment. You don't deserve a dime!

This is my first and last time going to this car wash. I paid $35 for my car to be cleaned inside & out (definitely not detailed) and I found myself having to use wipes to clean up behind them. My dashboard was still dusty, my middle console still had dirt and spots left behind and more. For $35 I should have grabbed soap, water, and a vacuum and did it by myself! I would've saved $30 bucks!!! I usually go to the car wash near Trader Joe's on metropolitan Ave and have never been disappointed. However, today they had a long line. While I wish them well, this car wash, I will not be returning and advise you, my dearest gentle reader, to go elsewhere. Oh! The staff was friendly.

Don’t know why this place is called hand car wash. Obviously it’s not. Been going here for 3 years. In the last few months the workers and one of the owners are extremely careless. They wipe the car with rags to look like the job is being done. One time I came here when a major rain storm had started where I paid and they didn’t do any cleaning of interior and the owner didn’t bother to give a refund or even partial refund. Today paid $45 for a bs cleaning. Told the owner, and he said this is what a superior deluxe 2 is. U have to pay $100+ to get a decent wash. Won’t be coming here anymore.

I rarely write reviews, but Imperial Hand Car Wash & Detail Center absolutely deserves the recognition. This place sets a completely different standard when it comes to how a vehicle should be treated. From the moment I arrived, I could tell the team took pride in their work. I brought in my Polestar 4, which is very important to me, and I’m extremely selective about who works on it. The staff treated my car with a level of care and respect that immediately stood out. They took their time cleaning every surface, making sure nothing was overlooked. The wheels were spotless, the paint looked flawless, and the glass was crystal clear with zero streaks. When they dried the vehicle, they did it carefully and properly, ensuring there were no water spots or residue left behind. When I saw the final result, I was honestly impressed. My Polestar 4 looked like it had just rolled off the dealership lot again. The shine, the cleanliness, and the overall presentation made the car feel brand new. That kind of result doesn’t happen by accident—it comes from experience, pride, and genuin
